Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT) – Central Kentucky Region

A health care laboratory  is seeking Medical Laboratory Scientists / Medical Technologists (MLS/MT) for multiple shifts and employment types. This is a direct-hire permanent opportunity with strong benefits and long-term stability.

 Full-Time First Shift (40 hours weekly / 8-hour days)

About 30 minutes from Ford, KY

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
• Accurately document and report patient results
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on diagnostic testing

Requirements

• ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent preferred/required depending on role)
• Hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong generalist/core lab experience preferred
• Blood bank experience a plus for select roles
• Detail-oriented with strong technical skills
