A health care laboratory in the Lexington, KY area is currently hiring Medical Laboratory Scientists / Medical Technologists

These are direct-hire, permanent positions with strong benefits and long-term stability.

• Full-Time First Shift (40 hours weekly / 8-hour days)
• Full-Time Third Shift (40 hours weekly / 8-hour days)
• Part-Time First Shift (24 hours weekly / 8-hour days
• Part-Time First Shift (12 hours weekly)

• $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
• Direct hire hospital laboratory roles

• Perform routine and complex testing across core laboratory departments
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with lab standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
• Document and report results in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care

• ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent preferred/required depending on role)
• Hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong generalist or core lab experience preferred
• Blood bank experience a plus for select positions
• Detail-oriented with strong technical and analytical skills
