Medical Technologist (MT/MLS)

Established healthcare organization seeking a Medical Technologist to join a high-volume acute care laboratory team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and STAT clinical laboratory testing
• Analyze and report accurate laboratory results
• Work across multiple laboratory departments including Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
• Follow quality, regulatory, and safety standards
• Support specimen processing and other laboratory operations as needed

Qualifications

• Florida Medical Technologist License required
• ASCP certification preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Hospital laboratory experience preferred
• Blood Bank experience highly valued
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
