Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Baylor Overnight Shift
Location: Kasota, MN 56050
Permanent, full-time Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) opportunity with a community hospital in Southern Minnesota!
Schedule:
- Baylor overnight shift
- 12-hour shifts every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Work 72 hours every two weeks and get paid for 80 hours
- Includes weekend holidays
Compensation & Benefits:
- $34.32–$45.39/hour
- $15,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, Chemistry, or related qualifying field
- Certification OR eligibility to obtain certification within one year of employment
This is a great opportunity for an MLS who enjoys varied, hands-on laboratory work and wants a consistent three-night-per-week schedule.
