Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist
Shift:
Day Shift (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests to support diagnosis and treatment
- Use independent judgment in assessing test results, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring instrument accuracy
- Participate in training of staff and students, quality improvement initiatives, and implementation of new lab procedures
- May assist in specimen collection and cross-departmental coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science (or related field)
- ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility to obtain within the first year)
- 1–2 years of clinical lab experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism
