About the Role: Pantheon Health System, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Laboratory Supervisor to join our growing team in Edmond, OK. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the medical laboratory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Oversee clinical laboratory testing including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis
Manage, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to maintain high performance standards
Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and other applicable regulatory requirements
Monitor and maintain quality control and quality assurance programs
Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to interpret and communicate lab results
Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling laboratory personnel
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
Current MLS (ASCP) or equivalent national certification required
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical laboratory experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of laboratory regulatory standards, including CLIA and CAP accreditation
Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS) and diagnostic instrumentation
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
