Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Baylor Overnight Shift
Location: Kasota, MN 56050
Permanent, full-time Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) opportunity with a community hospital in Southern Minnesota!
Schedule:
- Baylor overnight shift
- 12-hour shifts every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Work 72 hours every two weeks and get paid for 80 hours
- Includes weekend holidays
Compensation & Benefits:
- $28.37–$35.72/hour
- $15,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Certification OR eligibility to obtain certification within one year of employment
This position offers the opportunity to perform varied testing in a community hospital laboratory while taking advantage of a Baylor schedule and three-day workweek.
