Clariti Diagnostics Laboratories is seeking an experienced, quality-driven Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our growing clinical laboratory team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform moderate- and high-complexity laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
- Analyze, verify, and accurately report patient results
- Perform quality control, calibration, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve technical issues
- Document testing activities within the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Maintain compliance with CLIA, COLA, and laboratory quality standards
- Collaborate with laboratory leadership to support continuous quality improvement and outstanding patient care
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- ASCP MLT or MLS certification (or certification eligible)
- Clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
