Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results accurately
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance standards are met
• Maintain accurate patient and testing documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff regarding test results

Qualifications

• Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) background required
• Florida laboratory licensure required or eligible
• ASCP certification preferred
• Prior clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
