We're looking for a Medical Lead Veterinarian to guide clinical standards and support a strong, engaged veterinary team. This leadership role blends hands-on practice with mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement in patient care and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Support, coach, and develop associate veterinarians through regular feedback and goal setting • Lead by example in medical quality, efficiency, and client communication • Work alongside the Practice Manager to support hospital performance, compliance, and operations • Facilitate doctor meetings, mentorship programs, and professional development initiatives • Represent the hospital through community involvement and outreach
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of clinical experience • Strong communication skills and interest in hospital business operations
