They have been in business for over 30+ years and have over 70+ Attorneys across 3 office locations. You can sit out of their NYC or LI office locations when onsite.
We Offer:
Pay: $130-170K Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $150k - $190k)
Bonus Structure: Up to $15K

Medical Malpractice Associate Responsibilities:
Manage a substantial caseload of complex, high-exposure medical malpractice and personal injury defense cases with a high degree of independence
Conduct and defend depositions of key witnesses, parties, and experts
Draft comprehensive pleadings, written discovery demands, responses, and pre-answer, discovery, and dispositive motions
Medical Malpractice Associate Qualifications:
1 to 7 years of experience in medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, or general civil litigation/liability defense
Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the State of New York
