Medical Malpractice Attorney

Seeking a plaintiff-side trial attorney specializing in medical malpractice to join a busy litigation practice. Responsibilities include developing and managing a caseload of medical negligence claims from intake through trial, conducting investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, managing expert retention and preparation, preparing trial exhibits, and advocating vigorously in settlement negotiations and at trial. Candidate should have 5+ years of plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience, strong trial and courtroom skills, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on complex cases, excellent written and oral advocacy, and familiarity with medical records and expert testimony. Active state bar admission required; federal court admission preferred. Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development support.
