The Role

The associate will work closely with experienced partners on New Jersey medical malpractice defense matters and gain exposure to all phases of litigation, including:

• Case strategy development and analysis

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Depositions and expert coordination

• Trial preparation and client interaction
