    Job Overview A law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing, and research skills and excellent academic credentials. The role involves handling all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, legal research and writing, client reporting, and trial preparation.Duties Handle all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, legal research and writing, client reporting, and trial preparation.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Manage case files and documentation efficiently.Requirements 4-6 years of experience in litigation.Experience in medical malpractice/insurance defense is a plus.Must have experience entering billable time.Excellent academic credentials.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing, and research skills.Licensed to practice in MD, with licensure in DC and VA being a plus.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland.Skills Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Familiarity with case management software is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
