What we're looking for.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in a fast-paced or high-stress healthcare environment.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
Proficiency in computer applications and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
