Medical Office Coordinator

Position Introduction:

The OU College of Dentistry is seeking a detail-oriented clinic professional to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, faculty, and students. This role supports clinic operations by maintaining patient records, coordinating communication between dentists, students and patients, managing complaints, overseeing supplies, assisting with billing, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and insurance requirements.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year experience in an outpatient clinic performing related duties.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in an outpatient clinic performing related duties in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months related experience. Will accept an Associate's Degree and 24 months of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 36 months related experience.
