What You’ll Do & Bring
As a Medical Office Manager, you’ll lead front office operations, drive patient experience, and ensure efficient scheduling and workflow to support high-quality, coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise Patient Service Specialists (PSS)
- Optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and appointment confirmation processes
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, collections, patient experience, and schedule utilization
- Ensure accurate registration, insurance verification, referrals, and payment collection
- Manage scheduling templates, minimize no-shows, and maintain strong patient retention
- Support staff training, onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback
- Resolve escalated patient concerns and ensure excellent service delivery
- Collaborate across departments to support care coordination and service integration
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies
- Maintain office operations including supplies, cleanliness, and overall clinic presentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient access and satisfaction
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of front office experience in a dental or healthcare setting (leadership or management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and patient access workflows
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability
