• Serve at the front desk as the welcoming face of the practice
• Answer high-volume phone calls with professionalism and care
• Greet and check in patients
• Schedule appointments
• Manage EHR workflow and other basic office tasks
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Dependable and professional demeanor
• Prior office or customer service experience a plus, not required
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
