Comprehensive Pain and Spine Specialists, LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Medical Office Receptionist to join our growing interventional pain management practice.
Our office provides specialized care to patients experiencing chronic pain conditions involving the spine, joints, nerves, and musculoskeletal system. Because we operate in a busy specialty medical environment, our front office plays an important role in maintaining efficient patient flow and providing a positive experience from the time a patient contacts our office through completion of their visit.
The ideal candidate will have previous medical front-office experience, a working knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance, and the ability to remain professional, organized, and attentive while working in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff.

Previous experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine care, neurology, surgery, or another specialty medical practice is beneficial but not required.

Our practice operates in a high-volume, fast-paced interventional pain management environment. The front desk frequently manages multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including arriving patients, departing patients, telephone calls, scheduling needs, insurance questions, and communication with the clinical team.
Candidates should be comfortable working at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and excellent patient service.
We strongly value teamwork. Although each employee has defined responsibilities, successful operation of the practice requires cooperation between the front office, medical assistants, providers, and administrative staff. We are looking for someone who is willing to help where appropriate and who understands that good communication between departments directly affects both patient care and office efficiency.
