Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Office Representative to play a key role in coordinating patient interactions and administrative responsibilities. This position will involve updating patient records, managing calls, and ensuring that registration and insurance verifications support efficient patient service and reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates incoming calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Updates and verifies patient demographics, insurance, and billing information in the system.
• Registers patients accurately to ensure timely discharge and full reimbursement.
• Ensures all financial assessments and eligibility memos are thorough and up to date.
• Acts as a Liaison with clinical partners to maintain open communication and improve service delivery.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of Medical Office Experience
• EMR Experience
• Preferred: EPIC experience
