Role Overview

As a Medical Office Representative, you will support front desk operations in a busy physician practice while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and visitors while providing outstanding customer service
• Performing patient check-in and check-out functions
• Collecting payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries
• Handling patient inquiries and resolving scheduling concerns
• Entering orders and updating patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Utilizing various computer systems to manage provider schedules and patient communications
• Maintaining accurate patient records and demographic information
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience

Required:

• Six (6) months of Healthcare experience OR
• Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
