Job Overview:
A Medical Office Supervisor is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations in a medical office environment.
Essential Functions:
Works collaboratively with the Medical Office Manager
Supervise non-clinical staff
Maintain and ensure patient satisfaction and staff motivation
Maintain positive customer service
Assist in training and onboarding staff
Assist in patient scheduling, registration, billing, data entry and processing, and cash posting
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming site environment for patients; organize supplies, tools, and equipment to promote a productive workflow for site staff
Prioritize, organize, assign, and complete various written communications relating to providing clinical care and assisting coordination including daily eFax log and mail
Other duties as assigned by office manager

Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Two (2) or more years of experience in front office experience in a medical practice
Bilingual in English and Chinese required
High level of professionalism and strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills: kind, compassionate, patient interaction with patients and team
Multitasking ability
Prior experience working in medical/clinical setting required
Familiarity with MDLand is a plus
