Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Up to $750K base salary (BOE) with proven $1M+ earning potential through productivity and quality-based incentives.

Qualifications:
- Degree:MD or DO with completion of an accredited hematology/oncology residency
- Certifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in medical oncology or hematology/oncology
- Licensure: Eligible for Nevada state medical license
- Skillset:Comfortable managing solid tumors in a community-based setting; hematologic malignancy experience a plus
- Experience:New grads and experienced radiation oncologists encouraged to apply
- Sponsorship: J-1 waiver and H-1B visa support considered on a case-by-case basis
