What Youll Do
Lead medical oncology inpatient team, supervising APPs
Manage 20-25 inpatient patients daily, including malignant and benign cases
Provide inpatient consults for hematology and oncology
Oversee special procedures related to oncology patients
Document all cases promptly (same-day expected for inpatient and outpatient cases)
Participate in overnight call from home (8-10 hours), with minimal calls handled remotely
Support hospital coverage and patient care coordination
Serve as a key leader in the medical oncology service area
What You Need
Required:
MN License or IMLC
Board Certification in Oncology and Hematology
Experience with inpatient malignant hematology and oncology patients
Privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting
Preferred:
Experience supervising advanced practice providers
Strong leadership and communication skills
