What Youll Do:
- Manage outpatient oncology patients, including new consults, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiology, surgery, primary care, and infusion services
- Perform and interpret laboratory and imaging results
- Document all patient encounters promptly and accurately (24-hour charting completion expected)
- Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Support palliative care and telehealth services as needed
What You Need:
Required:
- Minnesota medical license or IMLC
- Minimum 2 years outpatient oncology/hematology experience
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team
- Knowledge of chemotherapy administration and supportive care
Preferred:
- Prior experience with clinical trials
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting
