We are seeking a Full Time Medical Ophthalmologist to join a well-established Private Practice in Cheektowaga, New York!
DETAILS
- Full Time - Medical Ophthalmologist
- 5 clinic days per week
- 40-50 patients per day
- Strong Tech & Staff Support including Clinical Supervisors and Scribes
- OD in the practice takes all the call - MDs are secondary call 1 week per month (very rarely gets called)
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
- Year 1 Base: $285,000 + 25% after threshold + bonus for patients scheduled for any kind of surgery
- Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance
- Opportunity to be a shareholder in the ASC (after 1 year)

- 401k + company matches 50% of the first 4% contributed (eligible after 1 Year Anniversary)
- PTO: Starts at 4 weeks
- Year 2 = 5 weeks PTO

- Up to $5,000 for CE allowance (100% Paid CE if practice asks the doctor to go to a specific CE)
