Medical Phone Bank Representative

Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $15/hour DOE

We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Medical Phone Bank Representative to join a busy healthcare team in Tulsa. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow with a company that values hard work and promotes from within.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Direct calls to appropriate departments and staff
• Assist patients with appointment verification and general questions
• Verify insurance information and update patient records as needed
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Document and relay messages appropriately
• Support daily front office and administrative operations

Qualifications

• Previous medical administrative or healthcare office experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology highly preferred
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
• Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette
• Basic computer proficiency required

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• $15/hour DOE
