ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.We are seeking a Medical Phone Operator to support our busy clinical office in Lakewood, CA.Job Type: Full-Time, Direct HireHours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pmPay: $23-25/hrResponsibilities:Answering multiple phones lines and responding to patient inquiriesSchedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and follow-up visitGreet and check in patientsVerify insurance coverage and demographic informationCollect patient payments and communicate fees dueMaintain accurate documentation in the EHR systemSchedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and follow-up visitsRoute messages to appropriate staff membersQualifications and Skills:At least 1 year of managing phone lines in a clinical settingBilingual, requiredKnowledge of medical terminologyKnowledge of medical insuranceComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environmentAbility to work effectively with a diverse patient populationProHealth Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer9.5 DH
