Job Description

About the Role: As a Medical Physician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients to improve their overall health and well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans. You will also be responsible for educating patients about their conditions and preventive care, ensuring they understand their treatment options. Minimum Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment. Completion of residency training in a relevant medical specialty. Must pass AAHIV-S within six months of employment. Preferred Qualifications: Board certification in a relevant medical specialty. Experience in a clinical setting with a diverse patient population. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Skills: The required skills for this position include strong diagnostic abilities, which are essential for accurately identifying patient conditions and determining appropriate treatment plans. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will need to explain complex medical information to patients in an understandable manner. Interpersonal skills will be utilized daily to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
