Scottsdale Weight Loss Center is seeking a dynamic, experienced MedicalPractice Administrator to lead our front and back-office operations with precision, warmth, and a passion for patient-centered care. In this critical role, you'll ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly through your leadership of our team. We offer a base salary of $95,000 - $110,000 (based on experience) with bonus opportunity and benefits including health/dental/vision/life insurance and paid time off.

Requirements for our MedicalPractice Administrator:

• 7+ years experience leading both clinical and administrative teams, ideally in a healthcare, dental or wellness setting.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience including 20+ direct and indirect reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you lead with empathy and confidence while ensuring that expectations are met.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and cool under pressure.
• A passion for patient satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities for our MedicalPractice Administrator:

• People Leadership: Lead and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion.
• Operations Oversight: Manage the daily flow of front and back-office operations to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Revenue Oversight: Monitor sales trends and conversion rates to ensure revenue goals are met.  Coordinate marketing activities with third party vendor and coach sales team for results.
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies and services.
• Patient Experience: Champion patient satisfaction, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and cared for throughout their journey with us.
