Job Overview – Medical Practice Administrator
Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000/year + bonus
Location: Monmouth County, NJ (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Medical Practice Administrator in Monmouth County, NJ for our client, supporting operations, financial management, and administrative leadership across a multi-site medical practice. This role oversees staff, optimizes workflows, and ensures efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance and high-quality patient care. The position includes oversight of multiple locations and offers leadership responsibility across a growing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities as the Medical Practice Administrator:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and continuity of care.
  • Staff Leadership: Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of administrative and clinical staff.
  • Financial Oversight: Supervise billing, revenue cycle, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Workflow Optimization: Improve patient flow, scheduling processes, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications for the Medical Practice Administrator:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required with Master’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of healthcare administration experience with leadership responsibility required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical practice operations, billing, and compliance standards.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with EHR and practice management systems required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multi-site operations.
