Medical Practice Representative / Front Desk

Position Purpose:

• Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records
• Specialty: Pulmonary and Sleep
• Location : 150 Taylor Station Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43213
• Hours of office: Monday- Friday: 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m - possible hybrid post training- 6 month to 1 year.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome patients
• Register patients
• Gather insurance, check demographics
• Soft collections
• Answering incoming calls
• EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Licensure / Certification: N/A
• Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required
