Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and scientific presentations.
- Manage publications from planning through submission and post-publication activities.
- Support publication strategy across high-priority Cell Therapy programs.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with investigators, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and external authors.
- Manage medical writing agencies and publication vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain publication plans, trackers, and milestone schedules.
- Ensure compliance with ICMJE, Good Publication Practice (GPP), and internal publication policies.
- Provide publication leadership during congress timelines and key clinical data readouts.
- Step into ongoing projects and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc, or equivalent) in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- 5–7+ years of medical publications experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven experience leading scientific publications from planning through publication.
- Strong knowledge of ICMJE and Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines.
- Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and HEOR teams.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple publication workstreams.
