Responsibilities:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) demonstrates appropriate customer service and hospitality practices to enhance the perception of the all customers of the department as a healing and compassionate environment for both inpatient and outpatient setting. The PSR is to provide excellent customer service using professionalism and proficiency. Must be a person who pays attention to detail and likes to be a team player. This position is cross trained for and fills in for other members of the team as needed. Every employee is expected to support the goals and mission of Mercy Medical Center, in particular, the commitment to providing all patients easy access to high quality care, service and value.
