Job SummaryThe IMA Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred) to be the first point of contact in our evaluation-based exam office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a smooth, professional patient experience—without the complexity of ongoing care or treatment coordination.
What You’ll Do
  • Welcome and register patients with professionalism and care
  • Schedule appointments and manage front desk flow
  • Answer calls and assist with inquiries
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
  • Support efficient, on-time exam operations
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience (medical preferred)
  • Bilingual preferred 
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Comfort with computers and office systems
