The Customer Service Representative provides high-quality support over the phone while assisting with a variety of administrative and front-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Retrieve and manage voicemail messages, ensuring timely follow-up and call transfers.
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence from multiple mail sources.
  • Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Notify staff of visitor arrivals and guide guests to the correct locations.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including operating office equipment such as copiers and fax machines.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and uphold confidentiality standards.
  • Schedule appointments, confirm details with patients, and document accurately in the electronic system.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant workplace.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or similar role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for long durations
  • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionally
