We would want a candidate who is a multi-tasking and customer-focused specialist desk candidate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front desk roles and call center duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
  • Verify insurance information and collect necessary patient documentation.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate exception communication skills.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff.
  • Process payments and handle front office responsibilities efficiently.
  • Help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
  • Prioritize patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
  • Experience in electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
  • Insurance verification is preferred.
  • Experience with handling large volume of phone calls required.
  • Experience in women's health or OB/GYN is a plus.
  • We expect the candidate to make a positive impact on patients' experience.

    Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in a  medical front desk setting and/or call center.
  • Experience with E-Clinical is preferred.
  • Salary is based on experience.
  • Excellent benefits including PTO time and Health insurance.
