What You’ll Do:
Be the first face our patients see — warm, welcoming, and professional
Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple specialties
Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect copays
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls with poise
Assist patients with paperwork and ensure seamless clinic flow
Keep the front desk area organized and patient-ready at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
Tech-savvy and comfortable with EMR systems (NextGen a plus)
Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
Detail-oriented with a great attitude and work ethic
Bilingual? Even better — but not required
