Join Elite Dermatology as a Dermatology Medical Receptionist in Houston, TX, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice. We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to enhance our patient experience and support our dedicated team.



Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for dermatology services
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance
  • Assist with insurance verification
  • Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow and care
  • Handle billing inquiries and manage payments effectively
  • Support a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical receptionist role, preferably in dermatology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
  • Positive attitude and a passion for patient care
