The Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization by managing and optimizing schedules for various departments. The ideal candidate will utilize scheduling software and tools to streamline processes and enhance communication acrossteams. By effectively managing time and resources, the Medical Receptionist will contribute to increased productivity and improved workflow. Ultimately, this role is vital in supporting the overall mission of the organization by facilitating seamless operations and collaboration. This is a full-time position (i.e., 40 hours per week) and requires availability between clinic hours of operation: 9:00AM-7:00PM, Monday-Friday, with a rotating shift schedule.
