Pain & Rehabilitation Physicians, P.C. A high-volume outpatient practice focused on musculoskeletal care, interventional pain management, and rehabilitation.
ANEW Regenerative Medicine Specialists, PLLC A rapidly expanding regenerative medicine practice offering non-surgical orthopedic treatments such as PRP and prolotherapy.
We are building a team that values professionalism, respect, and a high standard of patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients professionally and efficiently
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist with patient intake and verify basic information
- Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow
- Collect payments and assist with checkout
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual — shows up consistently
- Calm, professional, and respectful with patients and staff
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills
- Previous medical or front desk experience preferred
- Trainable and able to follow structure
Schedule- Part-time to full-time hours depending on availability
- Immediate start preferred
