Medical Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant (Hiring Urgently)

Medical Receptionist & Chiropractic Assistant:
  • We are a female owned 5-star rated clinic with a talented and friendly team looking for a medical receptionist that is either already a chiropractic assistant or can be trained as a chiropractic assistant.
  • Our Injury Clinic and Wellness Center offers acupuncture, chiropractic and massage therapy in a welcoming inclusive environment with a focus on patient, staff and community well-being.
  • Looking for someone who loves the idea of working for a small business environment with a core team and has an interest or passion for alternative medicine.
  • Shifts will be Monday 9am - (start between 11:00 am and 2pm and end 7:20pm, Wednesday start between 11:00 am and 2pm and end 7:20pm, Thursday start between 11:00 am and 2pm and end 6:20pm, Friday start between 11:00 am and 2pm and end 7:20pm.

Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills.

Preferred:
  • CA (Chiropractic Assistant) License a big plus.

  • Willing to help with social media.
Duties:
  • Answering multiple phone lines.
  • Making up treatment rooms.
  • Medical records requests and coordinating referrals.
  • Explaining insurance benefits.
  • Checking in/out patients and translation when needed.
  • Complex appointment scheduling.
  • Appointment follow ups and reactivations of previous patients.
  • Straightening and stocking treatment rooms.
