In this full-time, in-person role, you''ll support daily clinic operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication. At the Penfield clinic, our team brings over 45 years of combined clinical experience and a wide range of specialized expertise. From orthopedic care to Parkinson's treatment, TMJ/TMD, vertigo, and dance-related rehabilitation, our therapists deliver thoughtful, well-rounded care tailored to each patient. What You''ll Do

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities
• Manage patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals
• Support clinic operations and maintain efficient schedules
• Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or front desk role required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibilities preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
