Medical Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Location: Rochester & Macomb, Michigan

Shift: Mon-Fri, No nights or weekends. Holidays off with pay!

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• The Medical Assistants will assist the physician in creating a quality patient encounter
• Check-in/out, registers Telehealth, chart-prep etc.
• Utilizes EMR systems; sends prescription refill requests, sends notifications for new pharmacies and physicians, and manages charts
• Schedules appointments

What we are looking for:

• We're looking for a professional that is committed to teamwork and who understands the value of compassionate care.
• Prior experience in a Medical Reception and or medical office role
• Proficient time management, prioritization, judgment, decision making and organizational skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment and as part of a team
