Key Responsibilities:
- Greet our patients as they enter the center always making them feel welcomed
- Provide patients with the necessary forms to complete providing explanations and assistance as needed
- Register patients entering demographic and insurance information with upmost accuracy into our electronic medical record system
- Verify insurance eligibility, collect and record receipt of co-pays
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages as needed
- Perform various clerical duties such as photocopying forms, faxing and scanning
- Other administrative duties as assigned/needed
- Help to ensure that the patients are flowing through the center efficiently
- Friendly, professional, hard-working and have a contagious positive attitude
- Genuine and kind, and like to make people feel welcomed and special
- Great with clear, professional and positive verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, able to multitask and are a team player

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with the use of computers, experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, medical reception experience preferred
- Available to work predominantly weekends 8am-5pm
