Work Environment
This role is based in a very busy orthopedic practice with seven office locations in New Jersey, including Sparta (main hub), Morristown, Randolph, two locations in Hackettstown, Newton, and Cedar Knolls. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with start times between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., working eight-hour shifts. In addition, the position requires working one weekend per quarter, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The offices see approximately 20 to 40 patients per day per provider, with appointments scheduled roughly every 15 minutes, requiring strong multitasking and EMR proficiency. The environment emphasizes teamwork and professional growth, with providers who are eager to teach and support staff development. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
