Overview


We are seeking dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role offers an engaging opportunity to support patient care through administrative excellence. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring smooth clinic operations, delivering exceptional patient service, and maintaining accurate medical records in a fast-paced healthcare setting.


Responsibilities


  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and manage patient flow to optimize clinic productivity.
  • Support administrative functions such as, insurance verification.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and uphold high standards of patient service throughout all interactions.
Qualifications


  • Prior experience in medical office management or clinical support roles within dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems), EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and related software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and team collaboration.
