Medical Record Analyst / Reviewer / Sorter

Location: Hammond, LA (In-Office Only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (36-40 hours/week)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Record Analyst to join our team. This is an in-office position and requires hands-on experience working with paper medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and organize medical records in chronological order and by category
- Review records including office visits, procedures, imaging, and hospital documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records
- Identify and highlight key information (dates of service, document types, etc.)
- Assist with formatting reports using organized medical record data
Qualifications
- Prior experience handling and reviewing paper medical records is required
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of records efficiently
- Comfortable using Microsoft products (Word/Excel) and Adobe PDF
