Day to day as a Medical Records Assistant

As a Full-Time Property Medical Records Assistant at Dimopoulos Law Firm, you request client medical bills and records with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with providers, clients, and internal team.

What matters most

To excel as a Full-Time Medical Records Assistant at Dimopoulos Law Firm, you must bring previous experience obtaining medical records from Arizona providers including familiarity with various medical records portals and electronic retrieval systems and knowledge of Health Insurance subrogation processes and the ability to identify and handle liens effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is vital. Effective organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and provide results consistently will significantly contribute to your success in this dynamic role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Must have at least two years previous Personal Injury (PI) experience
  • Firm understanding of Personal Injury case timelines and documentation
  • Familiarity with various medical records portals and electronic retrieval systems
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance subrogation processes and the ability to identify and handle liens effectively
