Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Records Coordinator for a primary care setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient medical records, ensuring proper documentation, organizing patient files, and ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. The candidate will also work closely with physicians and medical staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information is maintained.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in managing medical records in a healthcare setting (preferred)

• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:Monday to Friday, no weekends or holidays

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $18-22/hr
